Children grow like weeds. That’s what they always say, right? Well, no better way to document the fast changes than with family portraits each year. Most of the time, clients will come back every year or so for another session, and we always love it when the family gets a little bigger. The Potamans decided to book their annual outdoor family photos with some extended family this time around. Aunt, uncle, and grandma joined in the fun!
Alexis has been a client of mine for years. Our first experience together was when I photographed her son at his preschool where I take school pictures. She then reached out for a family session and I found out they were expecting their second child, a little girl! When she was born we did a newborn session with both kiddos and since then have had several family sessions and they come for Santa sessions, too!
The Lifetime of Clicks Client Closet is available to everyone
Alexis wanted her mom, sister, and brother-in-law to be included in this family session. While the Lifetime of Clicks Client Closet is available to everyone in a session, Alexis’ mom already had an outfit she wanted to wear. Her sister and brother-in-law chose from their own wardrobe, so we planned out Alexis’ family’s wardrobe here at the studio. Alexis chose the pink Baltic Born dress that is the most popular style in the Client Closet and it looked great on her! For her daughter, we chose a neutral dress from NoraLee, and a neutral shirt for her son. Dad wore a GAP shirt from our Client Closet to finish out the family’s outfits.

September starts our Fall portrait season, and while we wish we had time to photograph everyone, there just aren’t enough sunsets in the fall!
