Sarah first booked a family session with us when her little one was about six months old based on a referral from a neighbor. It was so great getting to know her family and I was thrilled when she reached out to schedule her son’s one year milestone and cake smash session in the spring!
Green and White Cake Smash
Signature sessions at the one-year mark give plenty of time for milestone portraits as well as the messier and fun cake smash portraits! For this session, Sarah chose a mix of green and whites from the Lifetime of Clicks Client Closet for her son’s wardrobe. We got started with some playtime to get him comfortable in front of the camera. He is such a happy baby – just look at that toothy grin! After we had some fun playing with the wooden toys and capturing some really fantastic portraits, he changed into a pair of green overalls and we brought out the cake. He wasn’t really sure what to expect but he ended up having fun with the cake, too.
